Greetings Dottie! Alanon is an amazing program that has really helped me get a handle on my life. I can't imagine my mental state if I hadn't started meetings, getting a sponsor, and writing on the board. Do what you can but keep coming back, Lyne
You will find that this program will help you WAY beyond your qualifier. It really can be applied to life-situations as well!
Keep coming back!
PS: Samona, I LOVE your avatar!!!

Welcome Ladies and keep coming back. there is nothing quite like having hope and support from those who are and have made progress while living within the disease of addiction of alcohol and drugs. Face to face meetings are great and knowing that this door is open 24/7 makes recovery even stronger....Keep coming back ((((Hugs))))
