To All MIP Members:
We need to have a business meeting to discuss and decide issues of funding of the MIP forums and chat room hosting We have a couple of deadlines in May.
Last year we had several volunteers who provided their service regarding funding and all the details were worked oout. Hopefully those same folks will participate again. We need their help. We also could use the participation by any other MIP members who wish to be part of the volunteer group.
I suggest we have a meeting this weekend to share information and to discuss what we wish to do. How about 8:00 PM, Eastern Time, Saturday, April 14?
We can meet in the Alanon chat room as we did last year.

The first financial meeting was held Saturday 4/ 14 the Al-Anon chat room We discussed financing the monthly costs for running Miracles in Progress. The monthly bills, are between 30 and $33 a month for both vendors
Right now, Go Daddy is owed a bill of $187.05, which is due May 16. I will be checking with Kenny to determine the best way to collect this money.
We have credit with our other vendor, Sparklit, but will still need to reimburse them going forward .
Next financial meeting scheduled for Sunday, April 22 at 6 PM in the Al-Anon chat room all are welcome
