So much has gotten me upset lately & I held some of it in an exploded! I am working my program to climb out of it. I don't need to lose it like I never walked into the doors of alanon. I don't remember the last time I got this upset so I think that might be a good thing!

Something I have learned is that sometimes exploding with awareness is better than exploding then justifying it and blaming the other person. I used to do the second one and sometimes even when I have acted in a way I am not proud at least I can be grateful that I have more awareness and tools now.

Hey girl - love your share. It's so easy to forget that we are human. We are loved and worthy no matter our imperfections. Recovery gives us the tools to work on things when needed, and there is no contest.
