I went to a local 7/11 a bit ago to get some sushi and a diet Pepsi for lunch and when I went thru the front doors there was a woman looking at me and smiling who at first I didn't quite recognize...and then I remembered she was a former client of mine who lived in the deepest insanity ever with her then husband and daughter...of course it was drug and alcohol connected and very very sad and maddening.  Back then she was thin and ragged and uglyish (trying to be kind) and this woman was filled out and healthy with a genuine smile and personality and hug...yessir the hug.  She came up to me and share a most honest hug and description of how her life is today.  She made necessary changes about how she wanted her life to come out and it is coming out that way.  She was genuinely happy and grateful wishing my wife and I the happiest of Christmases and New Years more than once.   WOW!!  We shared a bit more conversation all about her and her family and she went on her way.  What can I say except "Mahalo Akua"  Thank you God.  I get these happenings and the reassurances that come with them which I pray for everyone affected by our life threating fatal disease.

Made the sushi taste better and everything around me looked so much more beautifulish.   LOL   (((hugs)))
