Confused....

I read through the sticky(s).....can someone answer a few questions please. 

Okay I'm going to start at step one....it appears the newest step is 4 (or something) do I need to wait till step 1 is the most recent new thread, before I can comment/share my thoughts on step 1?

Since I'm on step 1....which isn't the current step, do I work to catch up (providing I can really learn from understand the step)

I guess I'm asking for suggestions as to a good way to work it

It's my understanding you can post to whatever step you are currently on, in the current series.

Welcome, and please give it a try. I found it very helpful working through steps on that board.

Hi CB-I did my steps with a sponsor, so I don't have the experience of just using the board that way. What I can say is that the steps were a fantastic growth-producing experience, and I have even repeated a few of them over time. Try it your way or try it my way, but I'm sure you will benefit, Lyne
