Hey everyone !! Hope all is OK with everyone...I have been busy trying to get more PT work for Tuesdays....Plus I need to re-home this little male pup I rescued some months back...3 is too much, especially when the male is so hyper and hard to work with...So my doggie rescue friend and I are looking for a (would love to see him get a family with kids to wear him out at play) Anyway, adn THEN, I had another back spasm (1-2 per year is probably gonna be what it is) but the good news is , I love my new Doctor..She told me "no worries" she will keep me in muscle relaxers because she knows by my history (Old Doctor and she are friends) I am not drug abuser in anyway so thats my news
Janie's been gone for nearly 3 months now..The girls (mine and hers) and I are doing as well as can be expected..I miss mine so very much..Got to of them..1 in CA, the other in MD...and here I am in TX stuck in the middle...I so miss my girls
Anyway, still doing tennis, didn't miss much with spasm it was short recovery because I am in such strong shape...Gonna take some vids and pics of the pup for my friend to post him on the different sites for foster/adoption...then shoot some hoops
I didn't want or expect to be off this week, so making the best of it by finding and having fun....money is tight, but oh well, I am managing....
Anyway, just wanted to check in and say "hey" to my Al-anon family..Hoping you all are well.....Sending you ALL energy of peace and goodwill......hugs

Now I could definitely "hang" with a Kit Kat...in fact I saw some at the office Fri., but I had already had my 4 Butter fingers...(Doc told me to cut back coz of the cholesterol..it is still "ok" but I need to watch) it nearly killed me to just have 4 of them, LOL Its going to be tough keeping weight on w/cutting back on the treats, no more Sonic Drive in french fried Onion rings, tho I CAN make them myself with the good oils... yea, Halloween is kinda fun.....
So you got anything special you're gonna do???? Not sure on my end...maybe hang out with my BMF across the street...He has loads of candy hahaha
Thanks Rose I too will eat those candies as well. Kit Kats are my favorite
