First Time I let my Son go

Some one wrote to me about letting go the first time.  Will was not very happy his first day of school but we made it through.  The memories the good memories.

Thanks Cathy. Lovely picture and powerful memory . Letting Go is not easy even when they are little.   You and he look so connected.

That's a great photo and what a great memory. I too cried when I took mine to school for the first day. Then I celebrated a new level of freedom and a new adventure for him!! (((Hugs))) - Kathy - I will see you in 10 days! I'm so excited to connect live!

Brings back memories for anyone who has faced that first letting go. And school is the beginning of them growing apart from you and your family unit. Exposure to other cultures, other beliefs, other ways of living is important but, at the same time, so sad. Letting go at any time is so hard but, with children, it is a journey we all take.

I"m so sorry Iamhere but it's not going to happen this time. My car is down and out and I'm having to get help even getting to work right now. I'm home today going crazy without wheels....sigh....
