((((YARN)))) I know those shivers myself from the past along with what I learned to keep them beyond arms length. I am metaphorical...I see life in the process of pictures...mental pictures and movies and slides which gave my recovery life and still does. One of the best slide shows I've had in recovery is the one where I climb up into the open arms of my HP and sit in his lap and allow myself to just be held softly. I am in my 70ies and it still works...I won't ever not be my HP's child that is unconditionally loved and cared for. When I do this my whole system...mentally, emotionally and physically calms down. Wish it for you.....((((hugs))))
(((Alyce))) -I too am sending you positive thoughts and prayers....so sorry for this stage and phase - remember that this too shall pass!

((((Alyce))) from one who has been to ER many times with stress and heart issues....healing thoughts and prayers. It is scary when you ate in ER and the are hooking you up with wires and monitors and poking and probing. Often they give you a warm blanket and it helps me to think that is HP wrapping his arms around me. Hope your new meds ease the anxiety and you can lift your spirit.
