information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal

As I have probably mentioned already I have been working through step 3 with my sponsor and almost ready to move on to step four. As I work away at letting things go more and more I let things go and give them to HP I feel so much more peaceful. I'm not always peaceful all the time but I have long periods of peacefulness. And it mostly doesn't strike panic in me anymore. I am just able to say "thank you". On my drive to work this morning I felt very peaceful and there were so many thoughts that popped in here and there that could have disturbed that peace but I didn't let them. I've gone from not trusting the peacefulness to letting it in and enjoying it. It's a new feeling for me. And I really love it!!! Wishing everyone a peaceful day!
Great share and post KT - thanks for the lovely inspiring update. I will take peace of mind and joy in my heart anytime over the self-created chaos I imagined before. The disease does enough damage to all who encounter it - it's so nice to find recovery and understand how to heal/deal from it and our own insanity.
