You have indeed. It is so important to look back to where we were to truly see the growth It is so subtle that we often miss it but it is real. At the end of each year, i review the year and note my growth. Glad you discovered this useful tool.
Hey LU - I too love the new avatar!!! I love going back and reading my old posts. It's a great way to 'see' change. (((Hugs))) - you have come a long way - keep working it --- looks great on you!!

Gee,thanks everybody,for the most part I can say yes it does feel good on me to,step work alanon,tools etc,hp.sponsor,I can go on and on,took some time to realize it that miracles do happen,I'm today I can say that I am living proof of it,things don't bother me like they did,and I can't get enough reading alanon,and old posts ..........there is light at the end of that tunnel,it's not another train....I'm seeing it more and more light.....
