So I went down town to the bay and the hotel neighborhood because I thought (another brag) there would be a meeting of political interest I could attend and I couldn't find it and what I did find was so warm and loving. I turned a corner to go back to my van and there she was all beautiful and smiling and full of happiness and I just had to greet her; "Aloha Kakaheaka Aunty (good morning Aunty...Aunty is a term of respect I had never met her) you look beautiful and the flowers in your hair are beautiful". The beauty got better cause she smiled at the greeting and I hugged her gently and kissed he on the cheek. She laughed and said Mahalo and told me that they were not real which didn't change the fact or the feeling I got from seeing her...this old Hawaiian sister on her way to the hotel. What else could I say on the way to my van but "Thank you God" and I know HP chuckled at it because HP just loves tripping up my heart. No drug addiction or alcoholism around to try to trip up my day...still working 24 hours later. Thanks for letting me share. (((((hugs)))))
When you write your ESH Jerry, I often feel as if I am present. A smile follows as your beautiful heart and spirit always shine when you share with us! I suspect you made her day just as she made yours - gotta look for the miracles each day - they are there when we look for them.
Thanks for the share and visual brother from another mother! (((Hugs)))
