here is not Al-Anon Conference Approved Literature. It is a method
to exchange
information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
I am not aware of any particular guidelines that are formally written down. I've seen everything from speakers to pot lucks to 12/12 discussion.

Thx Iamhere! Yes i checked al anon service manual in another day to see if there is something. Here in Estonia i am as person who talks wso etc for the local Al Anon group and so i decided to start discussion via email with some not so active al anon members to think about upcoming 23rd birthday in 8th october. There is quite small group. And as there is ACoA in mtg in evening at 8th i said one option is in afternoon of 8th oct or in during group mtg time in 10th and then one old member wo is also in AA said that it is not good to make it in advance and it confused me bit.
