Ok...so while I am thinner and taking good care of myself. I noticed today, my hair is significantly graying up the sideburns and now into the rest of my hair and a large streak in my beard. Top that off, I can see some wrinkles.
Some of you may laugh, but I was just looking in the mirror thinking "What the hell? When did I become middle aged?" Then I thought of all the difficult clients, relationship challenges, work challenges I have been through. Each one is agray hair well earned :) I am embracing my grayness. I am a MAN with some wisdom accumulated over time. No longer a confused suffering manchild. I'll take it. Gonna rock this grayness.

I can't see your head because of the mickey-mouse hat, but you're right, you do have a bit of grey in your goatee. You're still adorable.

I prefer to refer to my facial lines as laugh lines. Even those that appear on the forehead from overthinking life, love, etc. Keep on keeping on - it's all good!

Ok, so let's be clear......gray hair and wrinkles make men look more distinguished and adorable. For women, we fight aging like a cornered hyena. Don't f with us man......
Honestly, I am nearly 100% gray. Heredity from my dad's side. My bf has a touch of gray on his beard and I find it irresistible. Not sure he finds my grays coming in the same way as I do about his appearance.

Okay double that middle age number and look at your life expectancy...then look to see how many grey hairs are still on your head. Quite often they will not appear thru the shine. I like to get a hair cut and then leave my barbers floor covered with white fluff...she likes it too...lol Keep up Pink...you got time. (((Hugs)))
I've started getting salt and pepper, also noticed I've started getting few greys in my beard and on the sideburn area too :( I have a few creases but nothing too obvious. I have my hair cut really really short, basically on a number zero, I've got the male pattern baldness thing going on so anything not like a skinhead would look a bit daft :)
I'm told I look younger than my years (I'm 44), I've been told I look early/mid 30s - so I can live with that!
Healthy lifestyle, eating good home-prepared food, lots of exercise helps.
I started chinese kickboxing last year at the local university club, probably the oldest guy there (although there's a fair number in their mid 20s to early 30s too), I'm fitter and stronger than I've been in the last 10 years and in better physical condition than all but a handful of the others!
Yes...I am starting to see actual ab definition on my stomach. That has never happened :)
It's awesome
I'm in better physical condition than the last 10 years, I can roll with guys who are nearly half my age - it's hilarious (although injuries are taking longer to recover from).
Abs ... yeah, me too, the kickboxing training is helping with that. Although I've not got a 6 pack, it's more of a 4 pack as the last 2 are hidden behind my chubella :)
its great, enjoy your young, strong, virile self. In less than 20 years you will be in your 60's, then your going to need personality, a good reitrement and a sense of humor, and your Alanon tools..... take my word for it, the time passes fast so make a good plan. There is a lot to look forward to though if you plan your sunset years.....! Most young people don't think about such times.....I know I didnt.
I will be 40 in October and probably in the best shape of my life. Also found a few gray hairs which I am attributing to stress but a lot of my friends had gray hairs a lot earlier than me and I have blonde hair so they hide well. I like how you described them Jitsuka - wisdom highlights. I am going to steal that phrase if you don't mind.

Haha totally :)
Someone else called them wisdom highlights and I stole it from them - so follow the tradition and spread the word! :)
