GRATEFUL

i read the posts on this board every day 2xs a day. After reading some more of the painful episodes our fellow members have been going through, I realize how grateful i am.

Im grateful with my hp f2f and all of you here, that im doing ok. I wake up every morning after a good night sleep[mostly],dont have to be worried what my ah is doing or will do. I run my own day with more capacity for problem solving and also for joy. Im grateful for those who follow my progress and are supportive. Im grateful for my willingness and success riding buses, working, riding the train and being able to assert my boundaries etc.

im grateful to my higher power for sending to me a really good boyfriend who is totally willing to accept me and my alanon views. Who is supportive and loving and somehow magically seems suited to me in the most obscure ways. That HP is sooo clever...

Me too, me too! Grateful that you and MIP and the family are all here and that the journey is a WE thing!!

I rarely consider where I'd be without it - that for me is huge progress.....I no longer fear the past or the future!
