Trying to keep focus on ME ,

Any suggestions would be great as in my working my program as best and as hard as I can and as I have time to do so,I'm asking for Tools and Slogans to get me through tough times as have a addict sister and addict / alcoholic bf living in my home they can both be helpful in some ways both pay their way mostly sister bf is waiting on court in June he has got 6 yrs to do and so far they have let him put it off for 3 mths ,and he is hopeing they will let him put it off again that is  doing his prison time,he did lift a heavy burden off of my shoulders when he 1st got here back in late October 2015 ,but now he is becoming a burden sister is asking me what am I gonna do that she knows I can't afford him, keeping him in cigs,bc,which is a headache powder, and he does manage to get his own food , and the burden he lifted for me was when he 1st got here to my home he  helped me clean my house up and cooking and laundry while sister had been in deep depression ever since she came here in June 2015,no help from her except she pays me rent, cleaning ,cooking or straightening has been all on me and I'm the really only responsible one paying all the bills ,she seems to be doing a little better maybe, but I know bf will leave when I ask him to,sister tends to do allot of pointing fingers at me,and then push me to my limits she knows what buttons to push, there's my lowdown on pretty much what's going on in my home, today everything's been peaceful for past few days but I never know when the chaos and drama will start again, needing slogans and tools in which to say and give me peace of mind . Thanks for listening,,,,,,,,,,any suggestions or where I can go to find tools and slogans?,,,,,,,,,,lu

LU - if you do some searches here, you should find many posts about the slogans and how we apply them. The search function has been a great tool for me when I want to focus on a step or a slogan or an issue I am having.

Search is up towards the top, white letters in a deep red/burgundy stripe.

HTH!!!

Al-Anon Slogans in a Poem - By Coach Papa

Slogans in a Poem by Coach Papa

First Things First - I have heard it said - Be Honest With yourself, - get out of your head - You can Feel Good -About Saying "No" - Keep Coming Back to - Talk And Grow - Easy Does It - sounds real nice - If you Keep It Simple - you don't roll the dice - Live And Let Live - Brings it back to you - They're in recovery, - you are, too - What's to Be will Be - So, Let Go & Let God - Just wait and see - That one Day At A Time - Is more than a phrase - In Al-Anon, - it's the phrase that pays - Think! Listen And Learn - or watch bridges burn - Keep An Open Mind, - Now it's your turn - Is your serenity worth it - Just, Fake It 'Till You Make It! - I am pretty sure, You can - Cause, How - important is it? - In time, you will understand - It's true, we're all different, - But, together we can make it - If you feel that you can't, - Then, once again, fake it - When you let it begin with me - The fog will raise, - the sun will shine - Your eyes will see - Slogans are there - For you to use - Say one every day - So you don't sing the blues - It works when you work it - We say and it's true - We're all here to help - But your recovery is up to you.
