Great quote. As I get older I find that I try to hang on to every moment as the reality is setting in that moments are limited in number as I age. I now try to be present in mind body and spirit and make the most of the moment before it passes. Thanks for sharing the quote today.

I am working very hard on being "in the moment" and not projecting or reflecting as much. I understand her quote and strive to make it real in my life. Live each moment so that you have it as a precious memory.
