so I know this sounds crazy but people have commented on it so like at work the boss was like the ...(main task) girl has a great attitude is a great worker but is always ranting. I swear she was talking about me since I know I am the only one who does that task and I do have those two good qualities. And so sometimes my mom has "guessed" something I was thinking in my brain and then she will say that she "knows" because she is my mother but she never does that to my sister who is also her daughter! And many other times when people who don't know me have wondered if I am ok...I already tried filming myself but I heard nothing...are there any other ways I could confirm my suspicions that I talk to myself????
Small tape recorder in your shirt pocket? or instead try leaving notes...lol I was told that talking to myself isn't being crazy...its the answering myself that is. lol
Hi Arva Welome I do not believe you are talking to yourself I do believe that our inner attitude is experienced by people and it is not so much what we say as the energy we give out that communicates more than words I know I did this Ipreended all was well but my facial expression told another tale as did my energy.
