community outreach

Why I love my small community so much! I just want to send a shout out to those who come through at times when we really need them & each other. All of you have been there for me I am sure you would help someone if you could even if it were just prayers kind words or thoughts. Some of our members are struggling w issues. Here we are w o power & cell service. My situation is that we survived & have been blessed. We never really had it that bad. We have power & cell service. Power out for less than 24 hours. I am celebrating an Early Thanksgiving in my heart. So grateful & thankful for my many blessings. Thanks for letting me go off topic.

Kathleen, I consider being thankful a strong tool to serenity. I love hearing other people's reasons for gratitude, because it reminds me of little and great things that I can be grateful for as well. It bouys my attitude.
Early Thanksgiving in your heart sounds SO GOOD. I'll try it, too.
