i made a last ditch mistake of dragging AH to hospital so they could see his irationality..didnt work and that was my mistake
However my HP opened a sort of portal of time yesterday when my AH and I were calm and open and rational. we went out for a meal and we were able to discuss and listen to each other about our individual plans. AH gained understanding of why and how i was going to move out. AH told me that he planned to go to a different rehab etc. I had total awareness of the mommy role i keep taking.in my relationship with him and felt i had a day of detaching with love. Its such a blessing when u can have a day like that.

Well thank you! You've made huge steps forward and in quite a short time too; it took me much, much longer to unstick myself and step out into the world. I think you're extremely brave and have a fabulous future ahead

actually not totally out in the world yet. Takes time as u know to find a affordable place to move,tie up lose ends and prepare ahead for needs u anticipate like healthcare etc
i also take inspiration from seeing my ah look for his tv remote next to him while exposing 2 almost full vodka bottles cozy in bed with him....
