I don't want to repeat myself over & over again but it is happening again just quieter. I am not on the library computer but on my tablet in the library. Another lesson in tolerance. This guy needs help & I totally get it. My day went OK after leaving here yesterday. I am working on serenity for today. Just for today cause that's all I have. I just thought of something. The library is closed tomorrow. A day of peace. I am glad that I have something to look forward to. So now I sit here w optimism. Other than frustration I am OK today. I sometimes feel like I am repeating myself. See I just repeated myself. I am so out of here.

Out of there. Feel drained but OK. I think I will start my day over. I have to live in recovery not in my disease. I am growing & won't let this event hinder my personal recovery or cause strain on others.
I don't know where you are but around my neck of the woods, McDonald's, Starbuck's and a few others have free WiFi for customers. Perhaps mixing up your location will create a new opportunity to 'do your thing' online without distractions....just a thought!
So sorry that you have a huge one at the library. Around here, that is where many go to pass time and some are definitely more in need than others.

Thanks I A H. I know about all the Wi-Fi at different places. Believe me I take advantage of all the locations I can. I like to go to the library to do things that I can only do on their computers. At least I can recover from the anxiety I felt earlier. I appreciate all the suggestions. I will feel better. In the meantime I will take care of myself. You have a great day!
