where do i go from here?

Just thinking. It is time to branch out & meet new people. I am in the process. Connecting w women of different ages & different backgrounds. It is a nice way to get to know new & interesting people in & out of the program. It I so much easier now that I have al anon.

((Kathleen) I found volunteering at a school or food bank was also a great way to meet like minded people. Good luck.

Kathleen -

As I am not getting 'younger', my sponsor encouraged me to start another sport - so I am playing golf once a week. it's a sport for all ages/stages and I've met some folks already who are reasonable new like me.

It's nice to meet 'like minded people'. It's a safe place to try and develop new relationships. I also go to different meetings now and again as I am in a large enough city to have those options.

(((Hugs))) - great thread!
