This is the reading for me which our program is all about. I didn't get it and wouldn't get it the first time I saw it and then for my own peace of mind and serenity I got it every time after even yesterday as my alcoholic son attended the birthday party. He is sick...mind, body, spirit and emotions and would like me to hang out with him some and no; my peace of soul is worth more. God Bless him. (((((hugs)))))

Hi Jerry It is indeed a powerful reading and reminder that the alcoholic, like every one else, deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. While we do this we must be sure protect our own serenity and peace of mind instead of talking about or worrying about the alcoholic.
I just want to say that I have no control over what the alcoholic does or even eats. He has had diabetes in the past & chooses to play games w his diet. That is how I see it anyway. No control. Nothing will change until he is ready. I will try not to take his inventory.
