Giving away the aggravation

my AH has gotten us in a terrible financial fix..so ive been taking a new tack. here is what happened today

urgent notice from our provider of phone/internet past due/shut off possible. im the user of those things mainly but ah wanted to take care of it . he took out a high credit limet credit card and proomptly spent over the amount allowed. no surprise there....

so i switched the internet provider to my card which i seem to somehow keep in line. But I used to seethe with anger and replay the scene i would have the second he got home. this would make me nuts and tense all day. So with a firm even tone, i called him at work and informed him. then i said that im transfering the agravation to you[ah] then i said thank u for hearing this and hung up with a bye. ah was stymied

I hope some of that or even part of it works for you Alyce...I'll keep reading.  If he has any of the dna of my family I'd be doing detachment and acceptance lessons right now. Which I am doing right now hoping for better outcomes.   Keep in touch (((((hugs))))) smile

Lovely share yarncrazy!!!! Isn't it empowering to react with a new set of tools? I know when I am able to use what I've learned in this program to response/react differently, it makes for much more peaceful days/evenings in my world.

(((Hugs))) to all!
