When to work the Traditions?

I am new and working on Step one. My f2f group is covering each Step every 2 weeks which I think is fast but I know there is much work I will do on my own. I wish I could find more info on the "Step work Board" but I haven't been able to find it.

One forum member did give me some excellent questions  on Step One that I have been working through on my own.

I guess I am a little confused on when I read and do any 'work' on the Traditions.

Hello cat lover, it certainly sounds as if you are committed to your recovery and I salute you. I will begin the "Steps "once again on the Step work board this coming Sunday, July 19th. I will begin with Step one, and every two weeks thereafter post another Step.

As for the Traditions, they are also powerful tools that many groups work on once a month. If you have a sponsor, you and your sponsor can decide how fast you want to proceed and when to incorporate them into your recovery.

Your enthusiasm is refreshing. Looking forward to sharing the first step with you next week.
