Grab a hold of your sponsor hemline and your HP's cloak and hang on for dear life because it is your life dear that is in threat. Here's a slogan to remember often. "When in doubt" (of anything to do)... "Don't" do it. "Turn it Over". (((((hugs)))))
My sponsor once told me that if I am concerned about a decision/action/choice, I truly need to PAUSE and PRAY. I am now of the opinion that when something feels uncomfortable, my HP is tapping me to rethink and possible change up my next right step.
I know when I arrived in Al-Anon, it was suggested to not make any big changes/decisions for at least 6 months. I was so used to reactive/emotional decisions made in a vacuum process that once I got in the habit of relying on HP, my sponsor and program friends, it all got so much better/easier.
(((hugs to you)))!!
