Does anybody know how ah is drinking at nite and can drive his car at 8am the next day to work? the device is very advanced and ultra sensitive.By the device, i mean the puffer interlock on his car that wont let him drive without passing his puff into it sober????
If there is a will there is a way to beat things .. he could have someone else blow for him. That's the first thing that came to my mind.
I find it better not to know because I will know when I need to know .. it is really hard to stay on my side of the street and let someone else suffer the consequences of their choices especially when I wind up being the collateral damage.

My XAH was drunk enough to try to start it with a BAC of .15 twice! Honestly, I think they would be able to start it at 8 AM the next day, but it really depends on when they stopped drinking and just how much they had. I really don't know any ways around it because I know my XAH was always looking for ways around it, LOL. The only option would be to have someone else blow for you.

The installer is a good salesman. I seriously doubt the device is that sophisticated. You can manipulate the temperature of your breath and other than that, it would take biological analysis to recognize YOUR breath. DNA markers. Anything you eat or inhale, time of day, how long you've been awake, etc can affect the chemical analysis of your breath. I'm sure its not far off though.
BAC can be determined through the skin now, so what they should do is develop a steering wheel that you can't use if you are wearing gloves, and that monitors your BAC. You can get someone else to blow for you but it would be hard to get someone else to steer for you.
