This is my latest thing to work on. I have a hard time with that in regards to my AH. I notice that I get irritated when I hear him talking with his sponsor who he calls every day. Every day the sponsor has some issue in his life...I worry that he isn't a great influence for my AH and when I hear them discussing his sponsors marital issues, well it doesn't settle well with me. I told my AH it seems his sponsor has more problems than a wet hen and I didn't think he should be bringing his marital issues to my AH because he seriously is the last person to give advice in that arena. Also, I said he needs to remember there are two sides to every story and he should keep out of it (kind of like I should be doing!), plus his sponsor carries on like he is so victimized and my AH loves to take on that role....ARGH

So a few hours passed and I thought about it and realized, it's not my monkey, not my circus and I apologized for speaking my opinions on the subject with my AH. I struggle with trying to figure out when to say something and when not to say something. With this I feel the guy isn't all that good an influence, he doesn't really partake much in the fellowship, gripes about all the wrongs done to him, his wife everyday and totally ignores the fact that my AH has a family, he invites the AH to join in all the time with him and his family activities and doesn't extend the invite to any of us. Oh well, the world keeps turning and I keep moving on...but I just need to practice keeping my mouth shut I guess or deciphering when to open it.
