Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible'!

The above quote in the subject line is from Audrey Hepburn and spoke to me this morning.  Part of my program is to make sure I take time to love me and work on me each day!

So, this is my plan for how I will do positive and program things for me today...

1.  Read my dailies.

2.  Walk my favorite pup Layla.

3.  Attend MIP meeting this morning.

4.  Paint my Toenails.

5.  Reach out to a program friend.

I'd love others to share what they intend to do for themselves today or what they have done.  Prior to arriving in the program, I neglected me!  My choice and program today help me to put me first so I can be of maximum value to others with peace and love in my heart.  When I love me, I can then love others freely.

Oooh I like that quote, it' s a keeper.

This evening I didn't rush through the dog-walk but took time to really listen to my daughter's happy chatter and enjoy our surroundings; there were some big ibis-type birds stalking around the creek and a lovely sunset.

I also took time out to give myself a mini facial and colour my hair.

Tomorrow I have an exam and then the next day I have free so tomorrow night I intend to park myself in my chair and catch up on my stories...lol

Thanks for the reminder to take time to care for me!!

Sounds awesome! I need to color my hair - it's two toned right now.....long story!! But - I can't decide if I want to go darker or lighter - it's the attempt to go lighter that made it two-toned.

Enjoy the day, don't stress about the test and make it a great day!!

I love this program for giving me the tools to know and  accept that  "I'm possible".

I have found that  by using these simple tools such as  the slogans, the steps, and the daily readings ,  my attitudes.have changed miraculously. I did not concentrate on changing them, they simply changed as I applied these principles in all my affairs.

When I stopped gossiping, judging, criticizing and using sarcasm as a weapon, new healthy attitude surfaced by which I could engage and interact with others.

My compassion, understanding, empathy, kindness, and wisdom were all buried deep within and when my negative attitudes lifted, I found I'm, possible  How great is that

Today I intend to exercise, mediate, meet a friend for tea and cook a lovely dinner.

Thanks for the topic

I am enjoying your positive posts Iamhere,

Today I am writing up the first part of my essay for an exam in a course that I am taking, just for me.
I have eaten well and made a fuss of my animals and enjoyed their hugs as well as loving the view of green fields in the valley below our house as the sunset casts long shadows across them.

Thanks for the 'boost' - I've been on a mission to stay positive and live my life 'as if'.....

I believe it makes me more hopeful, more peaceful and closer to my HP if I keep it simple and focus on that which is good.

Good for you to get in front of your exam essay. While it may not be fun it sounds like you are working 'ahead'...

Congrats on the healthy eating and aren't our animal friends the best?

Your view sounds POSITIVELY GRAND - I'm in KS and my view is flat....but we got good color with all the flowers/plants coming back to life.

Make it a great day and thanks for posting.

My 10 year old has this posted on our bathroom mirror (we post affirmations). I'd never seen the "I'm possible is in impossible" saying before and now I see it twice in 2 days... Hmm

That's cool that your 10 year old found and posted this! I had also not seen it before - isn't that just grand?

I believe it's a sign - or at least a nudge for me to know I matter and I will be OK!

Make it a great day!
