At an open AA meeting tonight, the speaker mentioned an AA saying that I just loved:time stand for "things I must earn". Wow, that hits home. ive only been in al anon for 5 months, and I'm working hard on me. My attitude reflects the progress. this week I started to wonder why some relationships just aren't improving. Tonight it hits me that this will take time...something I must earn.
