Action or Not

"When I begin to worry about things I can do nothing about, I tell myself to accept what you can't change. Often I've used the ideas in the Serenity Prayer as a trigger for relinquishing my need to control and as a reminder to take action when some discontentment can be remedied."

Thanks Mike. I agree, the words of the Serenity Prayer are powerful tools to meditate on when tempted to react.

Thanks, Mike! I have been telling myself to accept what I cannot change quite frequently lately, and I think it is helping me get better at not trying to control every little thing.
