putting our lives back on track sounds like a good idea

when we're at work and cant do it but the minute we get home all we want to do is stare at the computer screen! lol Someday someday I will do everything I should do for myself/others/etc. But for now maybe what I do need to be doing is taking it easy and staring at the screen!

Anyone ever feel like this? They have a "gameplan", write it out but when they have a chance to work on it they veg and time slips by?

Been there!  I"m glad to hear someone else does this too!  I've said many times all I really want to do today is stare at the wall and maybe take a nap!  It is a rare occassion that  I am home all by myself and I really love it except it seems to me if I am left with too much time alone I don't know what to do with it.  I have good intentions and big plans to accomplish mounds of work and do things I have wanted to do, but didn't "have the time".  What ends up happening is either 1.  I am overwhelmed by my plans, I stare at the list slacked jawed and stumped as where to begin, result: nothing gets done, 2.  end up turning on the TV, get distracted and  and promise to watch only one program then I'll turn it off, but alas again the result:  nothing gets done, 3.  a combination of the two, start some work, turn on the TV, watch a little, work a little, but nothing really worth bragging about gets done.

I should either work or give myself permission to once in a while sit and do nothing and enjoy the quiet peace of an empty house for the time it will be this way......it is usually only a few hours, but Oohhhhh what a welcome break!!!!!!!!

For me this says I am still finding my balance........oh where oh where could it be??
