How many f2f do you attend? and when did you finally "up your program"?

I attended a M & a W f2f back in Oct. But due to the excuse of "Its to late in the day" never returned. Was hiding the fact that I attend AlAnon from husband. I did find a Sat morn and do attend every week. (Yesterday I got out of bed, didnt shower/brush teeth put on a baseball hat and off I went - ya I wasnt feeling well at all.) Husband now knows I go and with brother being in Bridgewater thought it was finally time to "up my program".


How many f2f do you attend? and what made you finally increase your meetings?


I also wrote out the Cape registration today

I attend 3 face to face meetings a week.


I chair the online Sunday meeting. So for me today 4 meetings


I try to make them all because if I don't my life starts back out of control.


I really "upped my program" when I got a sponsor and started working the steps with her.


I am glad that you are going to the convention.


For me the conventions really bring alot of healing all at once.


Glad you made your sat f2f even though you weren't feeling well

when i came to alanon..i made a quality decision for my life to attened every meeting i could attend..sometimes i would drive 60 miles to get to one..mostly in the 25 mile range tho


i averaged 4 a week the first year..i listened and learned..and found my sponser.


today i attend 2 regularly, plus make some calls.


but i keep in mind that if i dont feel right, or if something really goes wrong, : its time to go an extra one..as the saying goes.."if your ass falls off put it in a bag and go to a meeting"
