I am not sure about a link; however, in my F2F group, we have speaker tapes that you can sign out and borrow like the library.

If you google "alanon speaker tapes" (or AA) you should find a link to someplace you can buy them. I actually have found that most of the AA tapes I have heard have been better than the alanon ones, but maybe that's just been the luck of the draw. A little AA is useful to us, I find, just to give some insight as to "the other side". Especially when I'm feeling mad - "Yeah, right, it's a disease... a**holitis, that's what you got...." it helps to be reminded that they suffer too.

But, anyway, I haven't found tapes too hard to get, and they are usually reasonably priced, too.

Hi Barbara! Interesting that you ask this, because I've been thinking lately that I'd like to get some Al-Anon tapes! I've never seen any at meetings I've been too--just lots of books and brochures. I'm hoping you can get the tapes at the local Al-Anon/AA offices where they sell the literature. Most large towns and cities have these, I would think. I'll get back to you on this because I'm about to go to our local office for some literature for our group!
