She filed the report. There was enough from talking with my brother to have him arrested for elderly abuse charges without her having to testify.
I called the courthouse to see "what happened" yesterday as my mother called me today to call me a liar, say I knew what was going on when I have no idea, etc. The courthouse said they can see her letting him right back into the house once he's released. They are very concerned.
But at least for now my younger brother is where he needs to be.
Barbara. I know this has to be really hard on you. I am proud of you for what you are doing. I believe your HP is helping you and your mom and brother through this whole thing. Yes, your mom is angry right now, but hopefully this will give your mom time to think and maybe realize her denial.
Whatever happens, know that HP is all powerful and is with you.
