Hello fellow Al-Anon-ers
Thought I would pass this along, the details I have now are a bit sketchy. I just heard this and will update more as I find out at this weeks face to face meeting asap, the one who spoke of it has the brochure and I don't have her number.

It's a yearly (Eastern) event and this is the closest it's been in this area in quite sometime -to my understanding. I believe meals (breakfast and dinner?) are included and if split with another it's rather reasonable.
I see it's also listed in the back of The Forum.

In the back of The Forum they have a link for the listing of calandar events however you need to be a member with a password, if you are it's:

The way I see it is it's a weekend away for some serenity and healing, sounds good and possibly a must do for me

One of my meetings had the pamphlet.  I can see if they still do and scan it if you still don't have it.


I chair a meeting Next week.  Fear the chair !  LOL

Great, TY bobump!
My first meeting I chaired I chose "Fear & Faith" as the topics.
I told my son mom is leading a meeting, he replied "Great another thing for you to worry/panic about" Ah-ha there was the topic!
I am sure you will do Great!

I think that's a great idea.  All of the conferences I have ever attended have been phenomenal.  There are a lot of us from New England.  Maybe we can get a contingent together.


P.S. Maybe John could keep this posted at the top so it doesn't get lost in the shuffle.  He has done that before with other announcements.
