Family Teen Meetings starting again

Hello all in Al-Anon,


Allot of you in Al-Anon have kids that need help just like all of us in Al-Anon do.  Please direct them to the Family Teen Room for the new meetings to begin again on Sunday and Thursday at 8Pm EST.  The meetings are designed around the Al-Anon meetings.  The meetings will begin on sunday Dec 11th.

That is great news, something I think would be great for my girls. But I have had a look around this site and I can't find a link to the Teen Room - how do we get there or am I just blind!

For all of those who dont know how to get to the Family Teen Group section of Miracles In Progress let me help....


www.12stepforums.net is the home page for Miracles In Progress


After clicking onto this... you will see colored sections for each group...AA, Al-Anon, NA, ACOA, Family Teen Group, and Child Abuse Survivors.  The sections are all color coded for you to easily negotiate yourself through the different pages.


Purple is the color chosen for the Family Teen Group.  It works the same way as the Al-Anon section.  If you want the Family Teen Group Home page click on the top box.  This page is designed with teens in mind.  There are music videos, poems, short stories, games on this page to keep the teens interrested.  There are also valuable links to learn about things that are not easily talked about at home.  If you want the Family Teen Message Board and/or chat room click on the box accordingly.  These pages deal with not only alcoholism at home but also school issues and peer pressures.


Addiction and/or Alcoholism is a family problem.....it needs to be a family recovery too!!!!
