to exchange
information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
To those that reponded to the poem I wrote in the thread (which this post will bump to page 2 , LOL) .
I enjoy writing them, whey are part of my ESH. It's nice to have found that outlet again but even better to have people to share them with. And I really appreciate the feedback given on what you get out of them.
In writing something we often never know what make others think of and here that feedback is available.

The topic of our face to face meeting last night was the gift of listening. I write occasionally too, but here, we can have have our feelings validated, understood and there is true caring. Often it is just what we need....Just to have someone hear us...

Bobump, I really enjoy reading your posts, I learn from everyone's here. I agree it is a wonderful tool for speading the al-anon word and learning great e, s & h. I may not repsond to many tho, I am afraid my words may not be so eloquent or worse, come out all wrong! Sometimes I may send off a pm to someone in response.
