information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
So, today was a better day. I got through it without many thoughts of my past week, my past 5 yrs...etc...no phone calls. Went to therapy. Came home prepared to relax. The anxiety had lifted somewhat. A called....he paid the electric bill today, just wanted to let me know. I said thank you and did not continue the conversation. I am now about to go enjoy my dog for a while. Congratulations to me!
Isn't it amazing, when we stop (or slow down) worrying about the world, that it magically figures out a way to carry on with or without us?? Hmmmm, makes me wonder whether our fretting and worrying about stuff is time well spent or not, lol

That is wonderful..that you can let all the stuff go behind you,and move on...That is a major step. I am soo proud of you. DIdn't it feel good to just say ty to the a and move on?? I know it must have felt awesome...Yes you are in control of your happiness keep it up

It is so good when we recognize our good days and give ourselves a pat on the back. If we don't do it , no one else may not. We need to learn to be our own best friends is what I have learned. I am glad you are having a better day and growing in your program. cdb :)
It is good when take care of our self. It makes us feel really good. I have been learning lately how to not worry about everything which is not easy for me. I am a worry wart. So give ur self a pat on ur back u did good.
