I at times, start future tripping, is what I call it, worrying about things that haven't happened because of the histroy of my yesterdays...I started looking at quotes and found one that I really like, wanted to share...it has to do with staying in the present, letting yesterday go and not worrying about tomorrow....

Yes, John Newton. And, an excellent quote by him. He created the phrase, "Habitual Tenderness." Which in short, was a phrase he used to define how all of us choose to live when we walk with and believe in God...a life of habitual tenderness. I always liked the way he put that...says a lot.
