I am an old time member, 18 years, not that it matters. I am dealing with dry drunk behavior. It had stopped for a long time. I've forgotten all the little tools to detach and how to survive without being blown away with every nastiness. many thanks.
Nice to meet you! Sorry it's under these circumstances, though. I am sure sorry you're going thru this. For me, when I get to feeling pretty confident and forget all the little alanon things to help me, I have to start reading my books and daily readings to get a strong grip again. And I keep going to my meetings to hear ESH from others.
