to exchange
information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
My sponsor has ingrained in my head how crucial it is to look at my motives before taking any action or making any decision.
My motives are are the seeds from which all my actions sprout. I can either plant flowers that beautify my surroundings and bring enjoyment to myself and others, or if I am careless in my program, I can let weeds and choking, thorny vines take over my whole yard, which will not be pleasant to see, and which be difficult and unpleasant to clean up later.
