information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
At last night's business meeting, we discussed having a meeting of chat room op's/chairpersons on a monthly basis to discuss meeting protocol, etiquette...etc. Just a chance for us all to get together and go over things so we can all be on the same page.
For now, I threw out the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6pm central. I would appreciate some feedback on this time/day.
Once we get together we can discuss meeting frequency, etc.
For now why dont we try to meet next wednesday at 6pm central in the chat room. From there we can all move over to the scripttest room...or maybe kis's house!
This meeting would be for ops/chairpersons old and new to answer questions and discussion of duties/responsibilities.
Are the meeting minutes going to be posted on the board or did I have to have them emailed to me? If so, I would appreciate it if you would. Thanks, Dana
Fine by me, but you know my record of attendance David. Wednesday is hard day for me during school year, but i am only one person and do stay in the loop. I still am not interested in chairing regularly, but will always help when i can. I make no commentments, due to my day to day health. I have jumped in and started meetings and got the door for people and will continue to do so as long as i am wanted.

Works for me, I'm flexible usually. Now I just gotta do the time conversion.... Are we having our first meeting this upcoming Wednesday?? Oh, and if we're meeting at my house, bring munchies... I got the coffee handled... heehee. Who's flying the lear jet to pick everyone up and take em home?

Yeah, I figured we could go ahead and meet next wednesday. I figure the first meeting will just sort of be getting lined out on mechanics of the meeting itself.

I would offer the MIP bus up for transportation, but with the time constraints having to go all over da country/world to pick folks up, I will have to get MrBlue right onto getting that new Warp Drive system installed. Hmmmmmmmmmm....maybe we could even stick in that pilfered cloaking device we got off the Romulans to dodge radar!!!!!!!
