I'm probably on a bit of a different path then most spiritually, but I think what this has to say (link below) is well worth the bit of time it takes to read and something that all of us can find useful. This article talks about what negative energy does to us and the universe and what we can do to change it.
In another article, I read about "letting go". It says that when we get a cut or break a bone it is natural for us to clamp our hands over it in pain and hold it. We tend to the same with our mental hurts too, hang on to them, internalize them, protect them and keep them inside of us. We need to wash it away and let it go. If we don't wash a cut, it gets infected and festers, not unlike the the hurts we insist on hanging on to. Eventually a limb could be amputated from the infection, unrepairable and gone forever if it is ignored. The same with our mental hurts.
My spiritual path is leading me toward letting go, not to hold on to this "human stuff". I try to look inward, but not at all the garbage I have collected. I believe that what I call the "source" (you may call God/HP) is alive in everyone of us, waiting to be tapped in to and awoken. I'm finding it easier and faster to find calm/serenity if I connect with the Source's love instead of focusing on the pain and problems. We sometimes seek counselors and tell them our problems, focus on the problems, when we should be focusing on solutions. By staying in the problem and rolling them around over and over it's difficult to let go of them.

Wow Christy, That was real interesting wish i can bring postive energy into my life it seems so simple reading that i guess i do bring alot of negativity kinda throws blame out the window huh that sucks!!! Thanks so much for sharing that with us ((((((((hugs))))))))))0

Now to figure out a way to get Mr. Negative from sending the negative energy in the house..hmmmmmm. He gets home from work and in less than 3 minutes, the negative energy flies. sigh  cdb

lol.. I'm glad a couple people took the time to read what this article said, it is SO important. It should be a mandatory read for the school of life. I don't think anyone can contest that negative energy doesn't affect them.
(as the article says)
. . Negative projections, sent from one person to another, can effect the receiving person in a negative way, since their body is made up with a great deal of water. But it can only effect them in areas that are vulnerable. Thus making the receiver aware of a physical, emotional or spiritual weakness. This gives the receiver a unique opportunity to heal that area of their life.

Once negative energy is sent out, it wants to find a place that feels like home. Like energy is attracted to like energy. The one who sent the negative energy in the first place has now compromised their energy field and is now vulnerable to attack. The more negative energy they dish out, the more that will come back to them. So you do pay a heavy price for using negative energy. This creates a looping effect where negatives keep circumnavigating over and over. This is why some people can't seem to get out of the negative patterns they are in, since they keep attracting the same issue over and over until they become aware that they can shift it.

Hi Christy,


Thanks for the post. I was just sitting here getting depressed wondering why I had had arrows shot at me the last couple of days. I told a friend that I had lost my confidence as a human being. So maybe that was the negative energy I threw out. Anyway, several different individuals in different settings had criticized me seemingly out of the blue. One relative even acted like he didn't even know me. This reading has given me something to consider. I am happy to change my mindset to be more positive.

Christy I am really into this sort of stuff it can be so simple.  Walk into the local shops in an uplifted mood with a smile on your face watch the difference in the energy of people you come into contact with.  Your positive energy naturally gives them a lift.  Works in reverse as well negative people will drain you.  If you are outwardly positive you are open to new opportunities and notice the good things around you. Thanks for the post.  I loved it.
