Just wanted to share this with you. We all know the yellow Live Strong bracelets. I wear mine in honor of some relatives who have lost their battle with cancer. I'm also a big biking enthusiast. Having said that, if you have never been to the Lance Armstorong Foundation website, do so:

If you read their pledge or whatever you call it (the gray cells are functioning tonight) it's really quite something. Replace the word cancer with Addict, Alcohol, etc. Before Tom went into rehab I placed the bracelet on him. A reminder to live strong. It has stayed with him. The point is when you read the charter, it's just damm good. "We believe in life. Your life. Take no prisoners. " It goes on. Essentially it has become a message of strength and courage to all. I have it up on my wall, and Tom carries it with him. Live stong has has become my mantra for everything I have faced and will face. Hope it helps you.
