Hello All,


Can you all help me out and say a pray for me that I will have patience and understanding with my "A". He is using as I type this.


I am okay, I know this is today and tomorrow is a different day. But I want to rage at him. I know that isn't good for wither one of us.


 I am off to call my sponsor.

I wish I had had enuf recovery when my ex began to drink again to do that

I remember this when I feel such rage.  Is it worth it, nothing I say is really heard and it is a waste of my time and serenity.


I know that today was hard for me but I did keep telling myself these things.
