At our World Service Office we have experienced an increase in expenses as we have increased our services to the fellowship:

  Increased US and Canadian Public Outreach Activities
  Free public outreach service tools
As a result of hiring a WSO Web site coordinator, we have added more material that can be downloaded, including the guidelines, the Service Manual, and the World Service Conference Summary. And now our Public Outreach and Member Web sites are available in English, French

Our Seventh Tradition "Every group ought to be fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions" applies to our support for the World Service Office as well as the groups.
