A got my friend to call

My friend, who only comes to her cottage once a year, called me.( He ruins it every year so I can't go see her). He got her to tell me that he sat at his cottage all day yesterday, supposidly sober, waiting for me to come over. He was at her place when she called. I told her that I don't want anything to do with him right now, drunk or sober. Now, I must get my 'butt in gear' and go town. Have a great day everyone! Love and TLC to you all.

Dear TLC2

If it were my friend, I would kindly ask her to stay out of it - please & thank you friend.

I hope that everything is ok.

God Bless

Yours in Recovery

If it were anyone but this special friend, I probably would have told her to stay out of it. She's a wonderful, caring, loving person who wants the whole world to be happy. She would do anything for anyone, I guess that's why she called. I guess she knows now that if she wants to see me, it'll have to be someplace else, because obviously, he won't leave me alone if I go over there. I'm so tired of him controlling my life! She is one of the only friends I have left, thanks to him, now, if he gets drunk again, he'll try his hardest to ruin this friendship.

Other than that, I had a really great day. Visited my kids, did some me shopping. It was nice. Thanks for your concern and caring, Love, TLC (another Canuk)
