Being an op isnt an easy job. Its also volunteer work. We do sleep and cant be in the room 24/7 when the chat room is open. But we do the best we can when we can. Unfortuneately sometimes we have to ignore in chat if theres no op. I have two children and if im in the room late its because i cant sleep any other time im sleeping at 3am. So are other ops im sure so are other members. So remember we cant be there all the time when needed we do our best and thats good enough :) I remember needing to be in the room at 3 am the night my mother died and there was an op there and she calmed me down. There are ops in the rooms late at night and others not. Just have to go with it and do the best we can.

I am not quite sure what you are talking about. If you read my post above you will notice that today was one of the worst days of my life! I was in pm with abfaith who was kind enough to help calm me down and give me support. Please bring these things up with me one on one in the future :) My reply had nothing to do with you or this morning. cdb
My above response was to your previous complaint post. Well two actually. It is very decietful to delete your posts and change your wording and then reply to me as if you have no idea what im talking about. I'm sure others have seen your posts yesturday and mine too. Im not sure what game your playing,but you own it. Its not my problem. I simply responded to your complaint posts (now deleted) as i do everyone elses. Your not sure what im talking about? its obvious i didnt come up with a reply like that out of the blue. And everyone who read the boards yesturday seen them. I would go one on one with you but you choose to post here and its not been the first time. I simply reply.. I know your having a very difficult time with your daughter. I am also having a very difficult time with my family. I will no further reply to any of your posts. I refuse to be played and sucked in. This issue you have with me is yours not mine i wont own it as i said previously. Every one has problems with thier A's is why we are all here .

The reason I modified my post was out of respect for the room. The room does not need to see some spat going on that does not include them. My original post was just asking if an OP happened to read the board at 3am if they could come in and help with 4 spammers. I was just trying to keep the room safe is all. Certain things need to be talked to in person rather than go on and on in the message board and that is why I modified the post. No hurt intended at all. Just a mature decision that I had to make. Take what you want and leave the rest in alanon. cdb
I am just a newbie -this seems to be politics that's hurting. I'm really hoping this has passed for everyone now. We come here in crisis times and try our best when we are at our worst.
