4th Step Inventory...very helpful

Hi Everyone,

When I read this, I knew that this is what I am going through now!!

If we want to heal, we need to feel.  It may be very rough going at first, yet I know how my HP and the program will help me find my emotional center point.

"The more we accept and share our feelings, the closer we come to experiencing the full range of our emotions from sadness to joy."  This is something to think about today!!  I hope that this may be a starting point for someone else.

Hugs & Blessings

For me, Step four was more welcoming to work as I worked it.   I truly learned what was "my stuff" and what was "someone else's".   What a relief of a lot of huge burdens!   I tell a lot of people not to be afraid of Step four, just do not put it FIRST in front of Steps, 1, 2, and 3.    Step four can come later.   I like Step four in chunks where I date my Blueprint for progress entries, and then go back 3 weeks later, months later, to see what's changed, what's new.......Sorta like a checkup followup at a doctor's office.    Very healing, soothing feeling.
