I need help with step board

I can't get on the step board with my usual post name & password.  It says wrong password or name.  I even tried to reregister, but it won't let me, it say name already in use.  Can anyone help?

Hi De Anna - Sorry you're having trouble with the Step Board. I use the same thing for both boards so something isn't working right for you.

I suggest you e-mail John and give him your info. I'm sure he can fix it. We need support so glad you are trying to get to the board.
